A harassment and misconduct reporting  firm expanded its offerings after a merger, requiring a brand identity that reflected its broadened scope. The goal was to position the firm as a trusted partner for institutional clients by communicating professionalism, empowerment, and innovative problem-solving.

Christy Batta Design employed expertise in visual storytelling to craft a dynamic identity centered on energy and transformation. Bold gradients and abstract imagery focused around sparking ideas, innovation, and action conveyed movement and collaboration, while a tailored color palette maintained approachability. A collaborative design process ensured the final product aligned with the firm’s mission and vision.
